Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Items are sold as-is unless otherwise specified in the lot description.

Exceptions

Returns may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Item received is significantly different from the description

• Item is damaged during delivery (if delivery was arranged by the auctioneer)

Process

1. Contact us within 48 hours of collection/delivery

2. Provide photos and detailed description of the issue

3. We will review and respond within 5 business days

Important Notes

• Buyers should inspect items carefully before bidding

• Minor wear, imperfections, or signs of use are expected in most items

• "Sold as-is" means no returns will be accepted for that item

Bidding Terms

1. Registration Required - All bidders must be registered and verified before placing bids.

2. Bid Commitment - All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item at that price if you are the winning bidder.

3. Bid Increments - Minimum bid increments are set by the auctioneer and displayed on each lot.

4. Reserve Prices - Some lots may have a reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the item will not be sold.

Payment Terms

1. Payment Deadline - Payment is due within the timeframe specified in each auction (typically 48 hours).

2. Accepted Methods - Payment by EFT/bank transfer is required. Use your phone number and lot number as payment reference.

3. Late Payment - Failure to pay within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the item and suspension from future auctions.

Collection & Delivery

1. Collection Period - Items must be collected within the timeframe specified (typically 7 days from payment confirmation).

2. Buyer's Responsibility - Buyers are responsible for arranging collection or delivery of purchased items.

3. Storage Fees - Items not collected within the specified period may incur storage fees.

Condition of Items

1. As-Is Basis - All items are sold "as is, where is" unless otherwise specified.

2. Inspection - Buyers are encouraged to inspect items before bidding. Photos and descriptions are provided for reference only.

3. No Warranty - No warranties or guarantees are provided unless explicitly stated in the lot description.

General

1. Disputes - Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the auctioneer.

2. Amendments - The auctioneer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

3. Governing Law - These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
